My quick folding control arm solution for the Xterra Pro and Elite metal detectors from Minelab. The hinge rotates at either end using a 6mm quick release pin. You can rotate the control arm along the main shaft for easier storage or simply remove the control arm entirely within a few seconds. Popular with hikers and motorcyclists.
